Employers Liability Insurance

If you employ people in the United Kingdom, you are required by law to hold a valid Employer's Liability Insurance, there are few exceptions to this, notably that if you are the sole director and shareholder of a limited company, then you are not legally required to hold the insurance.  Similar exclusions to the law apply to close family members, although it is always advisable to take the cover.  If you declare employees in your quick quote we will automatically include Employer's Liability Insurance at the generally accepted limit of £10 million.
